Keith was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in June 2021 and is also admitted to the High Court of Australia. Keith completed his Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University and undertook his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law.
Prior to joining Rose Litigation Lawyers, Keith worked in a boutique commercial litigation firm where he gained experience acting in a broad range of commercial disputes.
Keith also has experience across a number of practice areas including planning and environment, estate and family law.
Recent matter involvement
- Successfully acted on behalf of an individual plaintiff against a multinational construction conglomerate for breach of contract in relation to the dumping of contaminated fill material on the plaintiff’s land (the matter was ultimately settled by agreement and the plaintiff received payment for damages and recovered all legal costs)
- Acting on behalf of 5 bodies corporate against a commercial property manager in contesting the improper apportionment of shared costs under a Building Management Statement
- Acting for the developer joint-venturer against the landowner joint-venturer for breach of contract in relation to the proposed development of the Waltons Store Building in Fortitude Valley
- Successfully acted for a property development firm against a local council and the State government in a Planning and Environment Court appeal against the refusal of an application for the preliminary approval for a largescale master-planned community
