Prior to joining Rose Litigation Lawyers, Jen worked at a boutique insolvency law firm in Brisbane where she gained significant experience on a wide range of insolvency and commercial litigation matters in both the Queensland and Federal Courts. Jen also has experience in disputed estates litigation and providing advice on restructuring and corporate governance.
Jen tackles each matter with a positive attitude, rationality and a desire to deliver the best possible outcome for her clients.
Jen graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Canberra, obtained a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology and has completed ARITA’s Introduction to Insolvency Program (IIP).
Outside of the office, Jen is an avid runner, enjoys pilates and will never pass up an iced matcha.
Recent matter involvement
- Acted on behalf of the corporate trustee of a family trust in a high-value disputed estate litigation in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
- On multiple occasions, acted on behalf of liquidators in conducting public examinations in the Federal Court of Australia.
- Acted on behalf of company liquidators in an unfair preference claim in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
